Payment Methods

We accept Credit Card, Paypal, Cashiers Check, Personal Check, or Money Order when purchasing property.

Purchasing Property with Cash

Option #1

Once you’ve find a piece of property on our website you want to purchase. The easiest and fastest way is to click on the “Purchase with Cash” button at the bottom of the listing and fill in the information. Immediately following payment a receipt will be e-mailed to you confirming your property purchase. We then mail you out a copy of the Notarized Deed that is in your name including maps and GPS coordinates of you property. This usually takes 4-6 days through the mail for you to receive it. You then will get in the mail in about 2 to 4 weeks the Actual Deed recorded in your name from the County you have purchased the property in.

Option #2

If you are not comfortable purchasing through our secure website, you can deal with us directly, we will mail you out a contract for the property you would like to purchase. Once you sign the contract and send it back to us, select another payment option (Cashiers Check, Personal Check, or Money Order). We then mail you out a copy of the Notarized Deed that is in your name including maps and GPS coordinates of you property. This usually takes 4-6 days through the mail. We send the original Deed to the County to be recorded. In 2 to 4 weeks you will get the Actual Deed recorded in your name from the County you have purchased the property in. This option takes a lot longer then going through our website, due to mail services and processing logistics.

Purchasing Property with Owner Terms.

Option #1

Once you’ve find a piece of property on our website you want to purchase. The easiest and fastest way is to click on the “Purchase with Owner Terms” button at the bottom of the listing and fill in the information. Immediately following payment of the down payment a receipt will be e-mailed to you confirming your property purchase. We then mail you out a contract for the deed including maps and GPS coordinates of your property. This usually takes 4-6 days through the mail for you to receive it. Once you sign the contract and send it back to us then your monthly payment will start on the 5th of every month and continue until the balance is paid off. Once the balance is paid off. We send you out the Deed to the property you own!

Option #2

If you are not comfortable purchasing through our secure website, then your other option is for us to mail you out a contract for the deed including maps and GPS coordinates of your property you would like to purchase. Once you sign the contract and send it back the down payment with one of the other payment options (Cashiers Check, Personal Check, or Money Order). Your monthly payments will start on the 5th of every month and continue until the balance is paid off. Once the balance is paid off. We send you out the Deed to the property you own!

The purchase price and owner terms price on our website includes all document preparation and recording fees for your property. The price you see is the price you pay. There are no hidden fees or charges.
